IEC is proud to welcome Scott Cottrell to IEC – and to the Leadership Team as the Program General Manager for the Eglin SABER, Fort Walton Beach, FL.
Scott brings an impressive and comprehensive professional background with a career in the United States Army- where he retired with the rank of Colonel. Scott has worked extensively oversees on various military installations in Construction, Project, and Program Management- where he was able to leverage his civil engineering background for infrastructure (bridge) program oversight as well as the DOD’s BRAC (Base Realignment and Closure) lead as Chief. Scott has also recently published a book, Kwajalein Chaos: All Enemies Foreign and Domestic, which can be found in major book retailers. Scott and his wife reside in Tennessee where they enjoy taking care of their horse.
